Landscaper in Beaconsfield
Beaconsfield started as a stop on the road to Gippsland, beside Cardinia Creek. Today it's a mix of older homes on generous blocks, newer housing, and plenty of green space along the creek reserves. It's also right next door to our base in Officer, so we're often in the area.

Gentle slopes, real drainage issues
Much of Beaconsfield rises from the creek flats towards the hills of Guys Hill and Upper Beaconsfield. A lot of blocks have a gentle fall, enough that water runs towards the house or pools against a back fence, and enough that a garden bed slowly creeps down the slope. These are classic jobs for:
- Low to medium retaining walls to create a level lawn or entertaining area, with proper drainage behind them.
- Drainage work so stormwater is collected and directed, not left to soak the base of a wall or the house slab. Drains, pits and ag pipe are a regular part of our jobs.
- Steps and paths to connect different levels of the yard.
Updating an older Beaconsfield garden
Many Beaconsfield homes have established gardens that are due for a rethink. We can clear and replant beds, lay new turf, build a deck off the back of the house, or put in a paved area for outdoor dining. And because the suburb sits so close to bushland reserves, it makes sense to choose plants that won't spread into the creek corridor. There's a free indigenous plant guide for Casey and Cardinia that helps.
